According to the WebSphere Business Services Fabric team the product should be available on Passport Advantage. Currently no InfoCenter is provided (although InfoCenters obviously exist for many of the constituent products, e.g. WebSphere Integration Developer, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Service Registry and Repository, etc.) but this will be remedied with the next release.
