Video: Bugatti Veyron Man-Made documentary
While part of the CarAdvice team got to experience the making of the Bugatti Veyron first-hand during the first Full Throttle trip to Europe, this National Geographic special is likely to be the next best thing for the rest of us.
In this four-part video, the Bugatti Veyron is featured in an episode of Man-Made, going into excruciating detail on just how the car was conceived, engineered and built as well as the hurdles its creators had to overcome in order to achieve the Veyron’s 407km/h top speed.

Obama is such an ass-clown. He was not up to the requirements of this office! Nothing? like an unqualified president during an economic downturn.
We have never met, but I am Charles Dowdle's cousin in Melbourne, AR.
He sent me the info about you being in Hong Kong and I have kept up with you on the Blog. I sent Jason a message telling him I was doing this. Sounds like you are having a good trip and I know you miss you husband and family. But you will have lots of memories you can share and always remember. Some time I will tell you about my trip to Europe without my husband and how homesick I got.
Have fun and you will be home before you know it.

That's an interesting point, I'd not considered the effects of larger tyres on acceleration/top speed. My guess is that the soft start won't feel that much different, normal acceleration will be slightly reduced, and top speed may even be reduced a little. Although the theoretical top speed will be higher, it also depends on the ability of the controller to supply the extra current to turn the larger wheel. Just my opinion of course, I may be totally wrong!
