CarAdvice news writer takes it all off for charity
While our very own Tim Beissmann (also known as Bob – don’t ask…) currently enjoys a very full head of hair, he will be taking it all off for charity.
Tim is participating in this year’s World’s Greatest Shave 2010, which supports the Leukaemia Foundation. The Leukaemia Foundation is dedicated to the care and cure of people diagnosed with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders.
Without the generous support of the Australian public, the Leukaemia Foundation simply wouldn’t exist.
The CarAdvice team has generously chipped in donations for Tim both privately and online to take his wig off and we would like to extend the invitation to our readers.

Look Tim, the post was not addressed personally to you and who knows why I'm Debbie Downer for you, but it certainly has nothing to do with what I've written here or on my blog, because 98% of the people who read this kind of posts have not had any problem. If what I have written here does not appeal to you, that is your problem and nobody is questioning it here. You can read it, dislike it, dismiss it and go on with your life. What is the big deal? Who is imposing anything on anyone here? If it hit a nerve, it certainly does not have anything to do with me, but with you. You have unnecessarily engaged in personal attacks before on my posts about who I am as a person, as an immigrant, etc., so I take your comments with a grain of salt.
I do watch SNL and liked that skit, by the way. Too bad is not on anymore.
