Vancouver International Auto Show 2010
The New Car Dealers Association of BC, have been hosting the Vancouver International Auto Show for more than eighty years now. For the 2010 edition of this spectacular event, the show will not only offer visitors a magnificent line-up of vehicles and manufacturers, but present the public with breathtaking prizes for their participation in the contests which run throughout the Vancouver International Auto Show.

You CAN still get charged, as the law still exists "on the books", and that's the only thing most police forces care about.
What happens to you in court is entirely different, with most cases of simple possession being thrown out, especially if the correct paperwork is filed, but that doesn't mean the cops won't arrest or harass you.
it is NOT officially decriminalised. According to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, cannabis is still illegal, and cops can and do still arrest for simple possession in some cases.
