Hi Richard,
It's very heartening to hear a Conservative standing up to support actually reducing the burden of the motorist. Perhaps you might speak to your colleagues in Westminster City Council who are charging motorcycles to park for £1 a day and have one of the highest charges for parking in the UK for cars.
In Westminster residents have to spend at least £80 to park outside their own house, so can I ask why it's ok for them to pay but not those in your ward?
